The corporate culture should concretely determine human behaviour in all corporate activities.

Corporate culture works top down:

Leadership is culture.

Culture is the internalisation of values and norms

that give things a meaning

that are accepted

that make self-development possible


Every company that wants to be competitive needs a corporate culture. The more explicit the culture and the closer it tallies with the corporate strategies, the more effectively the company can - or will be able to - compete.


The three basic principles for a managerial culture:


1. Toward the outside world:

Set an example to our customers!


2. Toward the company itself:

Give priority to personal discussions with management!

3. Toward our employees:

Let everyone feel included!

Make team spirit our culture!
