A major bank sought to maximise value in all business areas. We were engaged to re-engineer the Training Department to ensure it became business driven and founded on correct diagnosis of need. Design had to be fit for purpose and maximise eChannel delivery.

Within one year the we reduced the department's budget to £50m (from £75m) and its employees to 300 (from 550) while delivering a 40% increase in productivity.
