We charge on a daily basis and fees depend on the level of the Interim Manager. The client only pays for days worked.

You pay an inclusive fee for an Interim Manager and other than daily travel and accommodation expenses where appropriate. There are no other costs. This compares favourably on a day-to-day basis with the cost of a permanent manager when you take into account the cost of medical, pension, holidays, sickness, contractual costs, recruitment costs etc.

How will Using an Interim Manager Impact my Permanent Staff?

How Do We Monitor Quality and Delivery?

Sterling Development makes a weekly progress check with the Interim Manager. We also visit the client regularly during the assignment.

 

What Is the Difference Between Interim Management and Consultancy?
